Validity of the generated source code
The generated source code of the website pages is not fully valid according to the specified document type. However, for the reasons outlined below, RGAA criterion 8.2 corresponding to this point has been marked as compliant. Officially, WCAG criterion 4.1.1 related to RGAA criterion 8.2 has been removed from WCAG 2.2 and should be considered as always satisfied according to WCAG 2.1 as well as the European standard EN 301 549. In practice, this criterion no longer provides any benefit for accessibility for people with disabilities. Any potential accessibility issues arising from the invalidity of the generated source code are covered by other RGAA criteria.
